can you see what i see

I let Ikaika loose with my camera the other day and these are a few of his shots. Most cut off peoples heads, i ducked far enough to make it into my pic! It just made me laugh to see what he took pictures of like his toys or the fish and headless people! lol! What it must be like to see through a three year olds eyes!

Stocky's JJazz game

I as i was uploading my pic's i realized i had a few pic and vids of Justin's brothers last game. Ikaika had a lot of fun watchin his uncle play and Stockton did us proud, his team won! I'm sure he was confident in his skill and his team!

I think Ikaik had fallen and bit his lip, so daddy came to the rescue!

Can you see the instensity in their eyes~lol

The batteries in my camera were dying, so the videos are really short!

Happy Easter

Easter was a lot of fun, we had a family party where all the kids did an Easter egg hunt. Ikaika i think, thought the kids were just running around for fun, because that's what he kept doing. Though in the end he enjoyed all his goodies.
On Sunday, the Easter bunny brought ikaika lots of dragons and dinosaurs! We did a little Easter egg hunt around the house, he had a blast and then an awesome breakfast thanks to my parents right before conference!

Devon and Chrissy put together this dinosaur plus lion Easter basket! Ikaika was so thrilled he asked me to take a picture of his new toys! ha ha

Daddy helped Ikaika collect the Easter eggs around the house

This thing was fun. It's a little volcano that you fill up with warm water. When you put the egg in it, it starts to fizz. Then a dragon is born! Ikaika had a lot of fun with that.

Our Easter theme this year was dragons! My parents took Ikaika to see "how to train a dragon" and you guessed it! he loves dragons now! My mom even went out of her way to get ikaika, a shirt, pj's and shoes that light up( Ikaika's very favorite ) all matching the theme! But if you know my mom, he got half of that stuff before Easters~! lol

His new Viking outfit.

good morning Ikaika! He was excited to see what the Easter bunny brought

On our way home from the Easter party

Ikaika and his cousin Brody having a balloon fight! (These two are the same age, Brody is one day older)
I think Sterling and Marie ended up as collateral damage, lol!

Uncle Sterling up to no good. Had Ikaika chasing everybody around!

Ikaika and I collecting goodies!

Easter was a lot of fun and I hope you all had a good Easter too!

A few quick videos

babysitting Ikaika

Saturday morning I was able to babysit another little boy named Ikaika, while his parents were able to go down town for general conference. I don't know many other Ikaika's so it was pretty cool. My son kept introducing him as his cousin, little Ikaika! ha ha, it was really cute. Unfortunatly i only got one picture of the two of them conked out from playing together all morning! They had such a blast and I had so much fun being a kid with them. It also helped me fit conference in, since they occupied each other well. That and thank goodness for direct tv, i was able to record the whole thing!

Birthday card for Carly...

I wanted to post a picture of Sterling's beautiful art. He made this card for justin and I to give to Carly. Every time i see him draw, I'm just amazed at the awesome pictures that turn out. I like to draw myself, so i know how difficult it can be to put down in pencil what you have so perfectly pictured out in your mind. He does it all the time!

Losing at Risk....

Funny Story, Justin and Sterling started a game of risk...it took forever! Justin wasn't about to give up till he was absolutely sure he had lost. We'll this is what Justin came home to.....

all his men holding white flags, cleverly handcrafted by Sterling! ha ha ha! Needless to say the game was over, Sterling had won but at least we got a good laugh out of the whole thing!

Safari Day Fun

A few weeks ago SLCC had a safari day for families, where hogle zoo brought in some animals for the kids, so we couldn't pass it up. Free food, fun and animals!

Ikaika only ate the frosting off the top...made his daddy real proud! ha ha

Ikaika thought the monkey was so cool.

making a lion face, shaker. Ikaika kept wanting me to draw for him, but with some encouragement he colored his own!

face painting! He picked a snake!

doin the cupcake walk

Ikaika's fav part was being able to pet the giant snake!

bugs bugs and more bugs!

I know you can hardly see it, but that brown thing in there is a armadillo.

In all the whole thing was fun and we'd definitely go to another. We found out that the college does these things all the time.
